Through the section of Croatian Gastronomy and Enology portal Designer.com.hr is trying to show ways of breeding, production and creation of gastronomic and enological products and delicacies. While we try to include knowledge of the passed generations, the experience, creativity and skills of the manufacturers and we want to introduce visitors to the importance and role of individual foods, ingredients, spices, foods, beverages, ways of preparation, presentation and serving in particular Croatian regions.

For the true experience of Croatian Gastronomy and Enology it is necessary to taste, understand and feel the fundamental determinants such as quality, natural and environmental compliance and diversity of connections between local and regional, traditional and modern, rural and luxury ,...., to introduce modern methods and traditional experience in agricultural production, the methods and techniques of farming, processing and obtaining top quality and natural products, creators and their stories, experiences, love for production and harddaily work.
We present you the winemakers, olive growers, producers of natural, ecological, traditional and original products and culinary delights, as well as catering facilities (restaurants, taverns, inns, agrotourism ,...) in a role of virtuoso creation and coordination of taste in superb dishes as presenters and promoters of the natural flow of production, supply and serving gourmet products, food ingredients from this region.
Representatives of Croatian gastronomy are arranged by categories of culinary and enology products and catering services, then the regions and localities, taking into consideration the natural, climate and cultural features of each area, which are manifested in the characteristics and method of presenting aromas, tastes and favors.
We created a comprehensive showcase of Croatian gastronomy through researched, and describes characteristics. Showcase is not filled, with everyday activities it increases the number of reputable, new, known and hitherto unknown creators of rich Croatian gastronomy. We encourage knowledge of culinary diversity, originality, autochthonous, transmitted tradition, creativity, quality, ... in a few words, the uniqueness of Croatian gastronomy.
